Centurion offers a range of logistics services including full end-to-end solutions, lead logistics and off-site receipting for the energy and resource sectors, general freight, warehousing, refrigerated services, retail distribution, logistics support, over-dimensional transport, heavy haulage, specialised projects and time critical services.

CEA is the distributor for world-renowned capital equipment brands JCB agricultural and construction equipment, Atlas Copco, Ditch Witch, Dynapac and Komptech. Supplying a diverse range of equipment to a wide variety of industries CEA actively supports customers in the construction, agriculture, government, infrastructure, defence, waste management, mining, civil works, utility maintenance, and recycling sectors.

Cape Dunstans is a provider of material processing and logistics, utilities and infrastructure solutions to the Resources, Utilities and Infrastructure Sectors.

Birchmead is an integrated property investment, development and management business. Deploying capital into high quality and sustainable property through direct investment or joint ventures.

Recruitment Process

  1. Application via CV and cover letter.
  2. A short 30-minute phone interview with a Group Manager.
  3. An in-person interview with one or two managers who will be involved in the graduate placement.

Remuneration & Career Growth

$60,000 pa. 

Opportunities for site based and interstate work placements. 

A graduate who completes the 12-month program will have the opportunity to participate in a final assessment and potential career planning within the CFC Group. This includes the following: 

Final Assessment: 

  • Evaluate the progress made during the program through feedback from mentors and supervisors.
  • Presentation to the CFC Group Board on projects completed during the graduate program. 

Career Pathway Discussions: 

  • Engage in one-on-one sessions to discuss career opportunities within the business units based on performance and interests.

Support and development provided throughout a graduate’s time with the CFC Group:

  • Mentorship: Each graduate is paired with a mentor from senior management who provides guidance throughout the program.
  • Training and Workshops: in-house training on leadership, communication, project management, and other key skills.
