Job description

The role has a strong focus on enabling and supporting our IT/Telco sales reps & partners. Office-based, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting B2B Sales & Partner Reps
• Drafting Quotes based on sales solutions
• Site qualifications 
• Contract Generation 
• CRM Entry of Approved Sales 
• Answering inbound calls
• Responding to tickets & emails from customers & partners 
• Support for inbound consumer sales

• A minimum of 2 years in a customer service or administrative role is highly desired
• Industry experience desired but not essential
• Intermediate User in Google and/or Microsoft Product Suite
• Contract / Quoting Experience desired
