Viva Women!

Viva Women! is a Publicis Groupe program launched to help the 1,000+ women working within our business thrive through initiatives that encourage both personal and career development. Aiming to inspire both action and collaboration to support the equal contribution and value of women in Groupe, it is focussed on four pillars: mentoring, professional development, leadership, and work/life integration. Égalité

Égalité (French for equality and pronounced eh-gah-lee-tay) is Publicis Groupe's Business Resource Group for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) professionals and their allies. Égalité is open to all Publicis Groupe employees.

First People

As a part of our RAP (Reconciliation Action Plan), our vision is to recognise and educate all staff of the importance of the history of our First Nations Peoples, encouraging ongoing conversation and respect for their culture. We will build meaningful partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, increasing the representation of Indigenous peoples at our agencies, as well as through the work we deliver. Recruitment Process

The recruitment process

  • Firstly, you will submit your CV via smart recruiters. Including a Cover Letter at this point is highly recommended and helps us get a better understanding of who you are!
  • Should you be successful one of our wonderful talent acquisition team members will get in touch to organise an initial phone call to discuss the opportunity you have applied for. This usually takes about 15 minutes.
  • Our talent team will pass the feedback from our call onto the hiring team who will review it.
  • If they think you would be suitable for the role, the talent team will get back in touch with you (typically within 2-5 days) to organise a formal interview with the hiring team.
  • Successful candidates will be moved forward to the second interview with the team lead.
  • Some roles may then require you to complete a short Psychometric or aptitude test.
  • Once the interview process is complete the hiring team will take some time to decide who they think is best suited to their role.
  • We will endeavour to get back to you within a few days of your interview.
