Why the NDIA?

We’re different to other APS agencies. The NDIA is continually evolving, with the NDIS now supporting more than 646,000 Australians living with disability.

This means that our work and our teams also continue to expand, and we have a wide range of roles open across different functions in various locations.

The NDIA is making improvements. We continue to make changes in our processes to better support people with disability.

This means we need people with fresh ideas and enthusiasm to work towards our commitment. You will get the opportunity and platform to flex your creativity and make positive changes.

Your work has impact. Everything we do works towards a stronger NDIS.

Recruitment Process

NDIA coordinates graduate recruitment through the Australian Government Graduate Program in the Generalist stream and Indigenous Graduate Pathway.

Applying to any of these streams means that with just one application process, you may be considered for graduate roles in multiple Australian Government departments, agencies and Commonwealth entities. If you wish to be considered for an NDIA graduate role through one of these streams, you will need to apply via the Australian Government Graduate Program profile.

Along with participating in the Australian Government Graduate Program (AGGP) process, we will also directly recruit graduates for the NDIA generalist stream.
