Recruitment Process

As part of their recruitment process, they:

  1. Review candidates' application and encourage them to submit a cover letter and 5 reasons why they should be hired, and a resume
  2. Shortlisted candidates will be phone screened by the HR Business Partner (HRBP) - the phone calls around 10 minutes asking key questions
  3. Depending on the role, it may require a test
  4. Arrange and hold a first round interview with the candidate - virtual or face to face by the hiring manager and the HRBP
  5. Successful candidates will be narrowed down to two or three people in the second interview
