Managers are very accessible and there is no issue raising a concern or asking for help, advice or guidance. They provide effective performance feedback, acknowledge all achievements and recognise effort.

Managers are accessible, mentor programs are consistent and there is real time taken with these relationships. Performance and praise are constant and always beneficial with internal communication being a strength of AMP.

My managers are always reachable and easy to approach. There is a genuine care for my development and wellbeing which makes it really easy to ask questions or seek guidance.
