The Addisons Graduate Program will provide you with the practical experience, support and learning opportunities to embark on a rewarding and successful legal career in a professional environment.

Remuneration & Career Growth

As an Addisons Graduate, you will participate in a twelve-month program consisting of two six-month rotations. You will work closely with partners and lawyers, gaining exposure to a diverse range of client matters, teams, and practice areas.

Throughout the twelve-month program, you will be supported through the PLT program and study schedule of your choice. Additionally, upon graduation and admission, you will be entitled to special paid annual leave.

Upon successful completion of the Addisons Graduate Program, Addisons will offer you a permanent position, subject to successful completion of probation.
