Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

As a consequence of this growth, we have created a new position for a trainee Recruitment Consultant in two of our divisions.

You will:

• Learn how to manage and nurture the existing doctors.
• Develop recruitment skills to develop new relationships with doctors looking for work.
• Will acquire the skills to interview and assess a doctor's suitability for each position.
• Write job advertisements that may be posted on social media, and Zeep’s website and directly emailed to doctors.
• Present doctors to hospitals and confirm bookings with both the doctor and the hospital.
• Work with our compliance team to collate all the relevant documentation for the timely credentialing of each placed doctor.
• Liaise with all the hospitals we partner with and the individual booked doctors to ensure a smooth and compliant induction into each new locum assignment.
• Use our cloud-based, state-of-the-art systems to become a competent professional medical recruiter.

To apply for this role, you need to be a driven ambitious individual. Working as a Recruitment Consultant is a blend of Sales, Customer Service & Human Resources. Outstanding spoken English skills will be essential as will be the ability to create rapport, find commonality and demonstrate that you have a passion to succeed in your career. A personality that obsesses with the mastery of new skills will be required. Whilst not essential, some experience working in a sales and a target-led environment could be viewed favourably.
