What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Graduate role is designed for three years, but it will be very hard to stay there for three years without a better pay.
Graduate, Brisbane - 12 Apr 2022
The annual review might be longer
Graduate, Sydney - 12 Apr 2022
Not very good
Graduate, Sydney - 12 Apr 2022
Pay seems standard/slightly above standard for position
Graduate, Melbourne - 11 Apr 2022
Pay is not as good as clients or other similar companies and there is a lack of performance based renumeration (bonuses)
Midlevel, Perth - 11 Apr 2022
From what I understand it is slightly above average compared to the average graduate engineer position, and I am quite satisfied with the amount as a start. In terms of bonuses, I am not aware of any.
Graduate, Adelaide - 11 Apr 2022
My company pays me a descent pay, I have been in this company for about 3 months so I never experienced any kind of bonuses up till now.
Graduate, Perth - 11 Apr 2022
Aware of some discontentment on salary pay given covid, inflation, risng house prices, etc especially for those who are in their 20-30s. Not enough bonuses - the applaud system works for managers but equates to very little at the end of the day. More points for employees in the lower part of the hierarchy to recognise their colleagues.
Graduate, Sydney - 11 Apr 2022
Pay with respect to market rate. Yet to discover yearly performance review procedure.
Graduate, Canberra - 11 Apr 2022
I think my pay is reasonable given my experience. Not sure what bonuses are provided (maybe I'm not entitled to any?)
Graduate, Brisbane - 11 Apr 2022
Not a lot of bonuses. A very average pay review increase
Midlevel, Perth - 11 Apr 2022
Very good
Graduate, adelaide - 06 Apr 2022
Annual Salary Reviews make me feel like I won't have to force a conversation about my salary and that it will always be focused on by the senior members of the team allowing me to focus on just doing good work, knowing it will be recognised
Graduate, Melbourne - 31 Mar 2022
Seems to be the industry average.
Graduate, Melbourne - 28 Mar 2022
Happy with my pay. Only been with the company for a short time so not too sure how bonusses work.
Graduate, Brisbane - 25 Mar 2022
I think my graduate salary is comfortable. It is my first full-time job so not sure what else to expect, but I know lots of people that don't have a salary like mine so I am content.

The increase at the end of every year is great
Graduate, Brisbane - 24 Mar 2022
Good, fair.
Graduate, Adelaide - 24 Mar 2022
As a fresh graduate I didn't have big expectations about the salary, so I'm happy
