Compete any tasks given by mentor and in the free time, do some self training and/ or get accustomed to the Engineering standards.

Field and in the office working on CLM based jobs. E.g. ground, surface water sampling, landfill gas etc.

I have been only doing basic stuff and not gaining much exposure on anything.

Small design tasks

As a graduate, my role has changed a few times to get me on different projects doing different things. Introductory work has either been basic grunt-work tasks with little skill required, or more complex tasks that are difficult to pick up when first starting as a grad.

My role is to assist senior engineers to design roads. We usually work in projects, so day-to-day responsibilities are not that many. It depends on the progress of the projects.

Mostly done a lot of coding work which I enjoy (especially the autonomy) Also done some rail operations and now SESA projects

My role is to provide structural advice to builders/architects/clients on any structural related issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, managing, and facilitating projects. Site inspections, writing reports, and generally assisting other engineers with any tasks is also apart of my daily activities.

I am currently as a projectwide support.

I am very satisfied with my role as a Graduate Electrical Engineer. This role basically gives me an opportunity to learn the fieldwork and to manage mining jobs. Every day we learn new stuff related to engineering.

Usually consists of modelling work

Role is to design electrical systems for mining applications. Day-to-day responsibilities is to extract appropriate information to design electrical systems, keeping the client and project in mind

Gets busy and overloaded from time to time but never for extended periods of time.

Lighting calculations, Electrical design and consultancy. Making technical reports such as due diligence reports. Stakeholder engagement and client interaction on various occasions.

There hasn't been any real guideline on my day-to-day responsibility. Not much quality and useful work given

supporting to the team in different projects supporting in making report, documentation. working on different software for the projects getting a strong basis on the standards.

My day could vary from taking measurements, meeting with clients, doing modelling, markups, data processing. Always different and never boring.

Attending meetings, traffic modelling, technical document writing, etc

My role is as a planner, day to day jobs include report writing and reviewing, and consulting with clients on environmental approvals and assessments.
