Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Very friendly workers, regardless of hierarchy. Everyone is approachable regardless of which field they are in. And people are willing to make time to help others, especially the new workers.

Very nice

The culture here is quite equal and friendly. Most times we don't hang out after hours.

Company culture is a highlight of the workplace. Everyone is happy to help each other out if you are struggling rather than being annoyed, and frequent social events outside of work hours allow for stronger bonding with coworkers.

Hybrid working from home and in the office which is good for flexibility. Flat structure, bosses are approachable. Teamwork is good and there are good social events

The company culture within my team is great, with constant after hours activities and support from each other within work hours - both work and non-work related. An understanding of each others responsibilities and out of work commitments is also present.

Very approachable leaders , though hierarchy is present theoretically practically it is not enforced very much in sub departments under the mining department

The work culture is great and there are a lot of inspiring colleagues.

Friendly colleagues and supportive project managers. The higher management notices your core competencies and gives opportunities to prove yourself.

People are still working from home so missing the face to face interactions. WSP offers other events (social Fridays, corporate sports) so gives a chance to meet with other colleagues outside from my business area.

Teamwork within your own team, across states and also across departments. Flexible working arrangements both for working from home and start and finishing time

Flexible in working hours. Team always been very supportive, create a friendly environment making us comfortable, so accommodating, having various programs/events to get involved and socialized. Conduct graduate programs, thrive sessions etc improve ourselves, making us confident.

A morning 30 minute call to not to talk about work allows for us to be social even if some are working from home and some are from the office. Drinks and lunches for certain occasions. And overall I have never felt like I couldn't talk to anyone, or joke with anyone, everyone is super friendly and you immediately feel welcomed into a team that feels tight nit

Great company culture, everyone is friendly and sociable during and after work.

I really enjoy the culture of my team. My direct team understands the workload I should have as a graduate and they do not have unrealistic expectations of my skill level. Our company supports flexible work hours and working from home, which I think is very important for myself and many people. My team generally seem to have a good work life balance, but some of the more senior staff seem to be active at all hours (although in some cases I understand this is part of their flexible hours of work arrangements). Hierarchy - we have national executives, regional executives and then team managers, then associates, principals, seniors and other staff. Teams beyond mine, like some of the engineers, seem to have less balance in some aspects of work life, from what I have seen. Work has lots of opportunities to be social, we have young professionals events, office events and our office teams like to get coffee or lunch regularly. Sometimes the more senior staff are harder to get to socialise between work and family commitments.

In the office is a professional and friendly environment amongst all colleagues no matter their position. The team is very social and like to organise events outside of work.
