I feel we are a little underpaid at times - however we get so much value out of benefits such as the Grad College experience, CA support, training support and other office functions.

Starts low but after the first full year at the company as a Graduate, there are consistent pay increases every 6 months until you become a Senior Accountant upon completing your CA.

If you are part of the social club, they hold events throughout the year. In March we are having a sunset cruise on Sydney Harbour, which will be fun. It costs $10 per month to belong. Apparently, we can also receive free movie tickets, but I haven't tried that yet.
