The opportunity

Viva Energy Retail have an amazing opportunity for two Graduates to join our Retail Operations Team. In this role you will embark on an exciting journey as you rotate across both our Site Operations and Store Support functions across a two year program. As part of the Graduate Program, you will take part in the following:  

• Work in our sites to gain a deep understanding of how they operate
• Be exposed to our Retail Operations Team and learn how to motivate and develop a successful team 
• Take on key projects to support transformation and continuous improvement 
• Spend time in our Store Support Centre to understand how key functions successfully support our sites and team members 
• By the conclusion of the program, develop the leadership and remote management skills to be able to support a cluster of stores in an Area Manager capacity

Eligibility criteria

• Australian or New Zealand citizen or hold permanent residency
• Completed the relevant undergraduate or post-graduate degree in the required discipline (within the past 2 years) prior to commencing the program
