The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation's 2025 Aboriginal Graduate Program is the perfect launching pad for your career. 

As Western Australia’s primary water and environment regulator, with our main office located in Doondalup (Joondalup) on Noongar Mooro country, our department is on the forefront of environmental legislation, sustainability and climate action. 

We partner with industry, Traditional Owners and educational institutions and have a global presence in our programs and projects.   

Our 12-month program aims to build the skills, experience and networks you need for a successful career in the Western Australian public sector. 

Our customised rotation plan is designed around your interests and our needs, providing you with opportunities to experience and work hands on in statewide projects and initiatives.
