Yes my line manager is very available and supportive.

Management depends on what team you work in. I often don't get to interact with my manager that much due to them being so busy. However, they are approachable and easy to talk to.

Within your team, you have a mentor who is your go to person, on top of having a line manager. The managers are very easy to talk to and always willing to make time for their employees

My Manager and supporting Managers are extremely friendly and helpful. Being a graduate, I am still learning the ropes of my role, and thus, it is nice to have a great support network from fellow colleagues and Managers. Feedback is constructive and constant, and communication is transparent, fair and inclusive.

Generally the managers are great. They can be inaccessible at times due to working arrangements or workload, however, many will set aside time weekly or fortnightly to catch up. They are good at providing feedback and giving due credit. Due to workload, the manager generally won't mentor but assign someone willing to mentor and train which has benefits for getting to know your team but creates difficulty in accessing managers.
