The company runs free introductory events. They are extremely involved in the community. They put on and support Women in DataViz events. We are all encouraged to help in the community.

We are given space for personal projects and this includes work for social causes if we choose. Colleagues have supported NGOs in this way, or gone on to work full time for NGOs after the programme.
