We are looking for our next wave of talented Graduate Business Analysts to join our Products and New Engineering teams in July 2022 as well as February 2023. 

As a Graduate Business Analyst, you will be working with some of the best minds in Tech to revolutionise the ERP Software space and create insanely great, market-leading solutions that delight, amaze, and transform our customer’s business. From your first day, you will become an integral part of “The Power of One” and will be working directly on our products that are used by thousands of companies across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and across the globe! 

About you… 

• You’ve recently completed or are graduating by July 2022 [for July intake] or December 2022 [for February intake] with your Bachelors, Masters, or PhD  
• Have a blend of critical thinking, analytical skills, attention to detail, and creative problem solving 
• You thrive on problem solving – when you look at something you are always pushing boundaries and thinking of how it can be improved

What you’ll be doing… 

• Grow your career and skillset under the guidance of a high-performing, collaborative team 
• Experience the entire development process from vision and concept, through to shipping globally with a massive user base 
• Work with our customers to understand what problems and risks they are facing in their businesses, both now and into the future, and translating that into clear requirements for the development team 
• Validating and testing the software as it is being built to ensure it is the highest quality, and providing feedback, guidance and vision to the development team
