Working Hours at TAL Australia

TAL has a flexible work policy, we can come into the office every day if we want to, but most people do 2-3 days in the office and 2 from home. If you want to go to the gym, there is this amazing on-site gym which is better than most other gyms in the city!

Flexible, office is promoted - at least 2 days a week.

fairly flexible, we're expected to be in the office 2 times per week, I have been coming three as it works out better for me. Although I can drop it back to 2 if I feel.

The work hours are very flexible

The hours overall have been great. There have been times where I have had to work a bit longer hours than the usual 9-5 but it definitely evens out as there are also times when I can leave earlier. The company is very flexible just as long as you get your work done and are available when needed.

It is required to come into the office two days a week on average. So for instance you can do four days in the office one week and the next week not come in at all. However, I think to get the most of the office experience, coming in as often as possible provides the most benefit.

9am - 4:30pm, company is flexible with hours (can start a bit later and finish later)

Generally 9-5. Company is super flexible with hours if you are completing your tasks and upholding your responsibilities. However, if there is a deliverable or project that requires extra time, it's expected that you will work late to get it done.

work hours are reasonable, 75 hours fortnightly.

You can work from home but have to work from the office at least twice a week. I usually work 9am-5pm, the typical office hours, but on rare occasions I have stayed back at work for an hour or so extra, so that I could keep up with deadlines. This is not necessary though or expected, especially as a Grad.
