By joining our restaurant management team, you will:

  • You have at least 1 year of management experience in QSR or in a high volume restaurant.
  • You have a demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.
  • Hold and can maintain a valid Australian driver's licence.
  • You have strong analytical/decision-making skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Have good oral/written communication skills with exceptional team building capability.
  • Passionate about providing excellence in the execution of quality food, service, safety, cleanliness, and speed standards.
  • You are a dynamic, energetic and positive leader, a self-starter, proactively driven to get things done and does the right thing for the business.
  • Provides leadership and coaching for each employee in their restaurant.
  • Nurture, mentor, and develop our new generation of leaders! We believe great leaders create new leaders!
  • Drive a strong restaurant culture through reward and recognition and help us embed a fun and inclusive environment (spontaneous dancing is encouraged!)
  • Have your voice heard by contributing ideas & suggestions to continually improve and refine our restaurant operations
