What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Our company is very generous with the pay and bonuses, they also pay in line with inflation which is great.

There are no bonuses as far as I know. My salary is okay. I would expect it to be higher considering the qualifications required. Moreover, the qualifications I will continue and am expected to continue to acquire don't seem to increase my salary by a lot. I know a teacher who makes more than me and works less than me and they are only a graduate teacher.

SW fairly reimburses for all work-related expenses, including safety equipment, per diem, booking airfare and hotels where applicable. Note that the $500 work clothing bonus in the first month is tax deductible.

The pay in the company is definitely on the lower side of the spectrum when compared to similar companies within the industry. However, it is understandable as they provide great learning opportunities, social culture and hours worked.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
They provide catering during lunches at the offices, and you only are required to come into the office at 2 days a week (Tue & Thur). They also cover travel expenses if you are required to go to other offices.
