As a Sustainability Graduate, throughout your two years, you will contribute to some of Stockland’s key corporate deliverables of our 2030 Sustainability Strategy. Completing two rotations within the Sustainability team we will encourage you to further maximise this opportunity by completing final rotations on-the-ground working with the teams managing our assets, or those at the forefront of our latest development projects to understand the impact of sustainability across our organisation as well as an elective anywhere in the business. 

This will help you decide where you would like your next career step after the Graduate Program finishes.

Responsibilities are varied; you will support the team to:

• Support the implementation of key projects, initiatives, and activations across all asset classes. 
• Support the annual ESG reporting schedule (including investor surveys and Integrated Reporting requirements) through data management, analysis, reporting and case study development. 
• Prepare reports to monitor key performance outcomes and work closely with key stakeholders in reaching their targets. 
• Undertake reporting and analysis to assist stakeholders in identifying opportunities and risks, and emerging trends. 
• Supporting to influence management decision making through active communication of data analysis and forecast information. 
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders. 

 Requirements:

• You will have completed a degree within 24 months of the program start date, in February 2024.
• We are excited to consider candidates from any degree background, including but not limited to Sustainability, Environmental, Economics, Social Science, Civil Engineering or Psychology degree
• Due to the permanent nature of this role, we can only accept applications from Citizens or Permanent Residents of Australia or New Zealand.
