      Corporate Sustainability Graduate 2022 

      Stockland’s Graduate Program

      The opportunity

      This Graduate role will work within Stockland’s CFO Group and you will contribute to some of Stockland’s key corporate deliverables including the execution of the 2030 Sustainability Strategy. As a Graduate, you will rotate through Stockland’s CFO Group to gain a broad overview of the function and its responsibility in ensuring the organisation's success. Throughout the two year program, you will have four, 6-month rotations and three of these rotations will be within Sustainability and Investor Relations. Your fourth rotation will be decided by you, with the help and support of your sponsor and could potentially be in our Treasury or Procurement team. These rotations will help you decide where you would like to look for your next career step after the Graduate Program finishes.  

      Responsibilities are varied, including: 

      • Support the implementation of key projects, initiatives, and activations across all asset classes. 
      • Support the annual ESG reporting schedule (including investor surveys and Integrated Reporting requirements) through data management, analysis, reporting and case study development. 
      • Prepare reports to monitor key performance outcomes and work closely with key stakeholders in reaching their targets. 
      • Undertake reporting and analysis to assist stakeholders in identifying opportunities and risks, and emerging trends. 
      • Supporting to influence management decision making through active communication of data analysis and forecast information. 
      • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders. 
      • Represent the team to the wider business with authenticity, proactivity and professionalism, while always demonstrating the CARE values. 

      Requirements: 

      • You are currently studying for or have completed a suitable degree within 24 months of the program start date, in February 2022. 
      • We have a preference for applicants who have studied a Sustainability, Environmental, Economics or Social Science degree but will also consider other related degree subjects. 
      • A passion for Sustainability demonstrated in your career and or extra-curricular activities  
      • You have achieved a 60% grade point average (GPA) or above either to date or overall in your degree subject. 
      • Due to the permanent nature of this role, we can only accept applications from Citizens or Permanent Residents of Australia or New Zealand.
