Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Compliance checks for exchanged and new deals 
  • Assist in the project settlement process
  • Sales offers and advice preparation
  • Review documentation and contracts
  • Assist in bookings for Settlements
  • Organising meetings and documentation

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Has shown outstanding academic performance
  • Doesn’t know everything, but can quickly learn and apply new knowledge
  • Currently undertaking study in Law, Property, Property Investment, Property Development or any related course
  • Understands appropriate property legislation and compliance requirements
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Good organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
