Very relaxed and real. It felt like the firm really wanted to get to know me and I was given the opportunity to really get to know the firm before accepting the role.

Standard process, obviously tedious but you can't get around that. I was super impressed with how Sparkes presented itself and found that the breakfast where I got to meet Andrew White, other partners, grads and so on really sold me of the culture.
