Yes, I have good mentors, Sparkes also got us involved in Mentorloop and funded it so I have internal and external support.

Leadership is very approachable. Even the National Managing Partner can often be found chatting with sta? in the shared kitchen at lunch time. We also have an annual mentoring program which has given me some great tips and advice.

All the managers I have worked with have been great mentors, are always willing to listen, and are all very impressive people that I have learnt a lot from.
