As long as the work gets done, you can be relatively flexible with hours, though this would depend on your department and team dynamic.

Very fortunate that as long as the work gets done, I can work from home or in the office, and the hours that suit. Often do late night/early morning TCs with region & global so this flexibility to suit not a '9-5' job is fantastic.
