Resume / Cover Letter Phone screen Assessment centre with teamwork role play, interview and case study All the processes were quite seamless. Assessment centre day was extremely welcoming and friendly versed others that are just about structure.

There was a number of steps in the recruitment process including, the online application, at home assessments, phone interviews and an assessment center at the office. The process is obviously a bit daunting at first, but once you get into it it's fine and very achievable.

Do you have any specific tips and advice for candidates applying to your company? How would you recommend they best prepare?
Candidates should definitely spend time preparing and coming up with the examples of when they have risen to the occasion and exuded strong interpersonal qualities. Overall though, don't necessarily try to impress anyone, be yourself, and ask questions in the interview.

My tips would be to save the company�s number in your phone so that if they call you ack it doesn�t catch you by surprise. I would also recommend arriving at the Assessment center early so that you aren�t flustered when you arrive.
