Why Safewill is Your Next Big Move

At Safewill, we’re on a mission to change the way Australians think about end-of-life planning. Since 2019, we've been shaking things up as one of Australia’s fastest-growing tech companies, helping thousands of people navigate some of life’s most meaningful and challenging moments.

Backed by heavy hitters like Westpac’s Reinventure Fund, Carthona Capital, and Flying Fox Ventures, we’re building a next-gen digital ecosystem that makes end-of-life planning not just affordable, but also personal and relevant for today’s world.

Make an Impact as Our Sales Development Rep

In your first 6-12 months, you’ll be:

Building Connections: Reach out to not-for-profit (NFP) organisations that align with our mission and show them how we can support their goals.

  • Crafting the Perfect Pitch: Work your magic to create and deliver personalised pitches that resonate with NFPs.
  • Relationship Building: You’ll be the go-to person for our NFP partners, building relationships that last and make a difference.
  • Tracking Success: Keep an eye on the numbers, tweak your strategies, and make sure we’re always on track to hit our goals.

Collaborating Across Teams: Teamwork makes the dream work, right? You’ll be working closely with our sales and marketing teams to make sure everyone’s on the same page.

  • Strategising with Marketing: Partner up with marketing to create campaigns that speak directly to NFPs.
  • Sales Synergy: Sync with the sales team to keep refining our approach based on what’s working in the field.
  • Keeping It Consistent: Make sure our messaging and goals are aligned across the board.

Staying Ahead of the Curve: Be the eyes and ears for what’s happening in the NFP space.

  • Spotting Trends: Keep up with the latest in the NFP world so we can stay ahead of the game.
  • Giving Feedback: Share what you learn with the product team to help us keep evolving.
  • Sharing Knowledge: Regularly drop insights with the team to keep our strategies fresh and effective.

Ongoing:

  • Keeping Relationships Strong: Stay in touch with our NFP partners, ensuring they feel the love and support from Safewill.
  • Levelling Up: Take advantage of every opportunity to grow your skills in sales, communication, and project management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Jump into projects that push Safewill forward and make our product even better for NFPs.
  • Be the Brand: You’re not just selling; you’re representing everything Safewill stands for in every interaction.
  • Team Spirit: Whether we’re remote or in-person, contribute to a culture that’s all about positivity, support, and shared success.

What’s in It for You?

  • Growth on Your Terms: You're just starting out in your career, and at Safewill, your growth is our priority! We’ll give you the tools and freedom to develop your skills and carve your path.
  • Purpose-Driven Work: Want to make a real difference? Here, your work matters—every pitch, every partnership has the potential to change lives.
  • Inclusive and Diverse Vibes: We’re all about welcoming different perspectives and backgrounds. Your unique story and ideas are what make us stronger.
  • We Want to See Your Passion: Show us how you’ve connected with charities or made an impact in your community. We care about what drives you.
  • Flex Your Work Style: We get that life happens outside of work, and we’re all for a flexible environment that fits your lifestyle.
