Your Story with Us 🤩

We’re looking for a highly driven, passionate, customer-obsessed individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. You will play an integral part in continuing to deliver unforgettable customer experiences, whilst driving value for our customers to make a genuine difference to people during their time of need. This role will see you become the subject matter expert on all Safewill products and services, with specific focus on cross-sell and upsell to increase acquisition, engagement and conversion.

Your Impact 🙌

• You will be the outward face of the business, communicating with customers through our online chat, phone and email service. This places you in a unique position to add value to the business and help identify key growth opportunities. You will be responsible for:
• Responding quickly and authentically to customer queries
• Delivering a consistently excellent experience to Safewill customers, in line with the results already achieved to date
• Identifying growth opportunities based on customer feedback and contribute your ideas to help shape the future of the business
• Championing the voice of the customer by upholding what is important to our customers and helping to make sure that feedback is heard across the business
• Driving conversion and retention by reaching out to end users to help them use the platform and sell our products

Your Skills💡

• A genuine passion for helping people through all stages of their End-of-Life journey, with demonstrated experience in customer success/support/service or similar role
• Growth mindset with a love for converting customers and offering exceptional service
• Great organisational skills and the ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments
• Work independently and execute effective project and time management
• Be comfortable having down to earth, accessible, and authentic conversations with high legal and compliance requirements
