My agency has a comparative good pay structure.

Our Agency enjoys one of the highest pay points within the Australian Public Service, so it's pretty competitive. However, I'm not sure if we are remunerated with any bonuses.

There is a strong social culture in the Agency which you can become as involved with as you'd like. This includes the Workplace Inclusion Network (WIN), an employee-led forum that champions diversity and inclusion in the way we work, and the SWA Social Club who organise different events during the year and (most importantly) are in charge of the snack club. Also, it's not unheard of for employee's dogs to make their way into the office every now and then...

We have access to a budget of $1,500 each year for learning and development and access of up to $200 each year to purchase products or services relating to health and wellbeing, access to discounted gym membership, weekly fruit supplies and free annual flu vaccinations.
