The Agency has policies in place to create a safe environment for a diverse range of people. If you wish, you can join the Workplace Inclusion Network which is an employee-led forum that champions diversity and inclusion in the way we work, so that every employee is able to bring their true and whole selves to work. They will host events throughout the year encouraging inclusion, including presentations, inclusivity training and acknowledgement of awareness days. Flexitime makes it easy to arrange work with any caring responsibilities The office also has an accredited breast-feeding room for those who require it

The Agency has a culture which promoted diversity and inclusion and has an active Workplace Inclusion Network and is also a member of the Pride in Diversity. The Agency encourages people with a disability to apply for positions through the Recruit Ability scheme and is also accredited as a breastfeeding-friendly workplace.
