How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
I am happy to work extra hours when necessary, however my current Team Lead is not flexible.

Working at Saab Australia is a 40-hour week. The company provides flexible working arrangements as WFH arrangements can be facilitated through informal conversations with management, and it is not compulsory for a working day to be completed entirely in the office or at home - a mix of both is permitted!

Saab work a standard 40 hour work week. They are very flexible with you organising your hours how you like. You can work more on certain days so you can leave early a different day as long as you meet your hours. Saab allows working from home as you would like as long as you are in the office sometimes.

40 hour work week which is a bit more than other places but have flexibility to spread out those hours as necessary (i.e. 9 day fortnights, half days, WFH etc).

I personally would prefer if hours were less, like 1-2 hours less, I feel like the same productivity could be retained with less hours.

The company seems quite flexible when it comes to altering contracted hours for different needs, and when those hours are completed. For me personally, I like to get to work early morning to beat the city's traffic, and I am able to do this with the full support of my team and supervisor, and then leave early to maintain appropriate full time hours.

Hours are very flexible, as long as you work the hours it doesn't matter when you start or finish for the day.

Incredibly satisfied, my typical hours are 6.30 - 3, however any set of hours as long as you are present between 10-3 are allowed. In weeks where I have worked extra early on, I have left early another day to account for this.

Very accommodating - never expected to work more than our 40 hours per week. Can also opt in for 9 day fortnight

My working hour arrangement has allowed me to be flexible when needed. This has been helpful for me to organise and attend personal appointments.

The team are very flexible - as long as I do my work, I can effectively come and go as I please. I like being in the office with the team, but WFH and flexible hours are accessible to me.

Due to long commute times, I spend 2-3 days WFH and 2-3 days in office. The flexibility in terms of working arrangements has been great and has significantly contributed to a better work-life balance
