The managers I have experienced have always been very supportive, transparent and encouraging. I have found that they are accessible and always look to guide you in the right direction. The six-monthly catch-ups have always been a positive experience to reflect and reassess goals.

The managers at Ryman are approachable, considerate and excellent mentors within the organization. I don't feel intimidated asking a senior leader something as they are nothing short of kind and always have your best interest at heart. I have learnt so much from my managers, from being extended in my work to just having simple conversations about their past work experiences. The communication is always great.
