Flexible, it is encouraged to be in the office as much as we can but changes can be made. I also work most of the time from client`s office

Not very flexible. There is an expectation that all people in the team are recording high work hours every single week.

My team is very flexible with hours, however, often work comes in all at once and often the hours are long to ensure the work gets done.

I work more hours in the office than I previously did in my public service job, however, the environment is very flexible and I can work my minimum hours or as much as I want to. I am also able to work a good amount of hours without compromising my family life and my work-life balance.

Haven't had to work after hours yet, was able to shift my hours 30 mins earlier to improve commute, work from home day every week with ability to work from home on additional days when required.
