How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Flexible, it is encouraged to be in the office as much as we can but changes can be made. I also work most of the time from client`s office

Not very flexible. There is an expectation that all people in the team are recording high work hours every single week.

My team is very flexible with hours, however, often work comes in all at once and often the hours are long to ensure the work gets done.
Graduate, Brisbane - 26 Jun 2023
Company is flexible mostly. But the amount of work means a lot of extra time is required, beyond my contracted full time hours
Graduate, Melbourne - 25 Jun 2023
I work from 8.30am to 5pm. I can also choose to work from home, but after the approval of my manager.
Graduate, Adelaide - 22 Jun 2023
Usually from 8:30am to 5pm, including 1 hour lunch break. It is very flexible. I can come early and go back home early. I can stay back to do more work if I come to the office late or go out for lunch for more than 1 hour.

Very flexible with working hours. I am able to work hours that suits my family and personal commitments. The hours are the best thing about my work. Only thing better would be having the ability to work from home one day a week.

I work more hours in the office than I previously did in my public service job, however, the environment is very flexible and I can work my minimum hours or as much as I want to. I am also able to work a good amount of hours without compromising my family life and my work-life balance.

The company is generally flexible about your work hours. No penalty if you leave early or arrive late in general.

Very flexible

We can decide when we work from home or from the office. Although we try and come in 2-3 days a week minimum
Graduate, Perth - 21 Jun 2023
Very flexible. If I show on the average day I am willing to put some extra time and effort in, my hours can change depending on the situation that occurs.

37.5hours per week (I will mostly work up to an extra hour a day). Not very flexible with hours unless there is a proper reason (appointment, etc,)
