Seems to be industry standard. You can always attract and retain talent with better thought out paygrades.

I am very unhappy with the level of pay I am receiving when taking into consideration the time that is dedicated to work.

Graduate pay in the current economic conditions should honestly be at a minimum in the range of 65,000 + super. Our current pay including super is not even 63,000. It does make it quite difficult given the extensive increase in prices, rent as well as the amount of work that we do.

Very fair. If any employee deserves the bonus, it is fairly distributed.

I am very happy with my pay. Also, the $500 bonus as a welcome gift is great.

Well thought out, easy to access

Graduate role is paid as expected, however I would expect more training based on the level of pay not to be working at an accountant level from the beginning. With this in mind I think the pay could be increased if this is the standard expectation.

Bottom level need to get paid more.

I took a huge, huge pay cut to come and work here. However, I understand my position and know that I will progress in pay and promotions soon enough.

It doesn't align with current economic environment. The salary's pretty much the same comparing to ten years ago while the commodity prices have apparently gone up a lot.

Pay is monthly, so it can be hard to budget before each pay cheque. Especially when earning a lower salary.

No bonuses are provided in the company. I don't have any comments on pay as I am unsure what other firms in the industry pay their graduates.

Grad salary is uniform across whole firm and initial $500 bonus is given to all new staff for purchasing WFH items but beyond that haven't had much experience with potential pay increases or bonuses.
