The office culture is very friendly, everyone is approachable and is encouraged to be themselves. We have monthly drinks where all services/teams get together and socialise. The team culture is very structure, there is clear hierarchy, some managers enforce the hierarchy more than others, however, often it tends towards a flat framework in that managers and partners are very approachable from team members of all levels.

Strong culture, feeling of inclusion

Everyone has their own responsibilities and tasks to complete and is helpful amongst each other. There will sometimes be some catching up after working hours.

The firm is very encouraging of social things like morning teas, supporting charities, health and wellbeing, etc.
