Application Process & Interviews at Roy Hill

I transitioned from a part-time non-embedded contractor role whilst studying to a full-time role in the projects team. I had the opportunity to meet the Director of Projects whilst I was at the ROC during my contracting, and was offered a position when I graduated.

The interview consist of 3 rounds including a video interview, online game and in-person interview

I found the interview very fair and very welcoming

Basic questions, about some of the challenges faced in workplace and also regarding my previous work experience

Prior experience in the mining industry is extremely handy to transitioning into a full-time role.

Be genuine and do not bluff. Be truthful to the interview panel.

Answer everything using STAR technique. Have plenty of examples to support your weaknesses/strengths
