Graduate pay is fantastic for office based staff, but in the field when you regularly train contractors, they then become FTE within 3 months and receive $30,000 more despite being graduates themselves.

At my level, the pay i get is extremely well compared to other engineers starting. a lot of people complain only cause it is not as much as the next person but in reality we are getting paid a lot and should be more grateful at the entry level.

Good and fair system for bonuses and pay. Pay is reviewed twice per year which is good if the industry is changing.

The base salary is not in line with the industry or competitive enough however due to the remoteness of my site my pay is a lot better then most grads.

The greatest perk is the private health benefits you get for being apart of the company. there are multiple others that would be extremely beneficial such as car deals and jb hi fi deals that i just dont use at this point in time.
