Corporate Social Responsibility at Ramsay Health Care

We do a lot of charity work, and there are constant fundraisers such as RU OK Day and Cancer related organisations.

They provide a surgery every year and what they can do better, however, despite feedback, nothing changes and they continue to cut costs wherever possible to ensure more money in their pockets rather then sustainable working environments.

The responsible sourcing program at Ramsay covers everything ESG-related. We focus on modern slavery within Ramsay's supply chain, reducing Ramsay's carbon footprint, etc. This involves supply chain mapping, CSR assessments for our suppliers and science-based targets to reduce emissions. Ramsay Cares and the Ramsay way, 'people caring for people', is important in every step of the business.

I do know that there is a big focus on this within the company as it is frequently discussed and talked about.
