Working Hours at RACV

My working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, and Monday to Friday. I come into the office twice a week and work from home for the remaining three days.

Regular 38 hour week, they are accommodating in terms of work from home arrangements which makes commute times much better in a weekly level

Very flexible, right now I am 2 days a week in the office but am able to swap and change which days I come in on occasions where somethings come up. Also accommodates early starts allowing me to work a 8am-4pm or 7am-3pm.

Your work hours vary depending on the team. I mostly arrive and leave on time, completing the average 7.36 hour workday. However, in my old team we often worked late most nights and would need to work after getting home from the office to get things done as we worked to strict weekly deadlines and were short staffed and undergoing big technological change. The flexibility with working from the office and working from home is great. My team are required to work from the office 3 days a week and can work from home 2 days a week. If you are sick or need to be flexible with your hybrid working days, they are very understanding and flexible.

RACV is very flexible when it comes to working hybrid. Most employees work in the office three days a week.

I am quite happy with the amount of hours I spend in the office. Flexibility varies based on the rotation I am in. It is mainly expected that the days you are in, you work 9-5. The option to do alternative hours is there but not many people take it. We are still able to WFH 3 days a week.

My department generally comes in on Tuesday and Thursdays, and as a grad I also come in every second Friday. If something comes up and we can't make those days, my team is flexible on us working from home. We aim to make up any Tuesday or Thursday we miss in the office by coming in on another day, so that we're in the office two days a week at a minimum.
