RACV is diverse in all areas mentioned, events and meetings on raising awareness or celebrating different facets on our communities are common. RACV has a donation platform called Beehive where they employees donations (to a limit) on there extensive list of charities.

There is a good parental leave policy. Our company also participates in LGBTIQA+ events. It would be great to see more women and more ethnic groups in senior leadership positions.

RACV is very committed to diversity. There are quarterly Women in Technology sessions for all Technology staff centred around education and advice, with a guest speaker attending last session to talk about her journey as a woman in tech and how she climbed the ranks. RACV is very openly inclusive. Retention is good, child care/Parental leave policy is 6 months for primary carers.
