What projects/initiatives does your employer run and what have you worked on personally?
I personally am not too sure what projects/initiatives our employer participates in with regards to CSR. I believe there is potentially 1 or 2 small initiatives held throughout the year but more could be done in this space.

I have not been involved in CSR, but I am aware that healthcare companies are highly regulated and have to comply with the law and the public scrutiny.

There have been clean up initiatives within the first week of starting and there continue to be socially responsible efforts and training within the department.

They have recycling bins for coffee cups and batteries. They're had campaigns for e-waste recycling. They run several charity events, such as movember. I haven't participated in much of these.

(never heard of CSR by the way - but it's a government department) Started on multiple security classifications using CIA framework (see wikipedia, ASD), mostly working on classifying and implementing more security controls identified by risk assessments.
