The grad salary is at an industry standard - but would have liked it to be a bit higher. Bonuses come into play only after you've been promoted to an Associate.

I think the graduate program offers a good salary and learning opportunities associated with it Like for everything there is room for improvement e.g develop further the learning/training program offered, increase performance bonuses, or the salary But overall I think it is quite aligned/competitive with the market

Pay is good (above market) and progresses quickly. Bonuses start from associate level and increase with seniority
