The hierarchy is quite flat. Everyone in the organisation is approachable and wants to help you grow and develop. After office drinks are a fortnightly routine and help us socialise with all the faces in the office. When working in project teams - there is complete cooperation from all involved.

Don't feel that there is a hierarchy, teamwork is encouraged. Working late is rare. Socialising has been hard with covid.
