CSR is specified as an organisational strategic goal in a 5 year roadmap. Specific milestones and criteria are defined and communicated

There is limited commitment from what I have experienced. I recall a survey being released a year ago to gauge people's commitment to minimizing work-related travel. I find this quite conflicting as in the same year, management communicated that staff were required to come into the office more.

Not visible to general staff.

There are a range of internal employee groups for a diverse range of people.

I can't comment on this, I haven't seen CSR demonstrated through work etc.

Similar to DEI, very painted on. Protiviti will works with mining companies that knowingly destroy a 46 000 year old Aboriginal Site. Love the idea of 2 paid work leaves when doing company charity work

Those in charge of ENG's have done a good job thus far in Canberra concerning CSR.

Some groups include icare, ireconcile and iGROWW for social responsibility, Aboriginal and Indigenous Peoples, and women equality

Have been involved in over 6 events for many of the different groups.
