It's long hours, but they're quite flexible. We have a hybrid system so you can kind of make your own hours granted you get the work done.

Depends on the day - anywhere from 8 hours to 12 hours. The company is flexible when it comes to hours.

P&G values a work-life balance and flexibility. If you wish to start late or leave early due to personal preferences/commitments, you are free to do so. P&G values the outcome of your work, not the hours you spent on it. You are free to set your own personal boundaries on after hours/weekend work, and are invited to attend workshops that help teach you how to separate your work and personal lives.
