There's a lot of interaction with all functions within the business. You're not limited to just Finance, but are exposed to many areas of the business.

Maintain relationship with customer, develop and execute mutual growth plans, plan promotional programs to drive trial of products, manage trade-spend budget, plan for product launches, etc.

No two days are the same at P&G, and this structure always keeps you agile and adaptable to the ever-changing world of FMCG. You will find yourself enjoying several meetings with your managers, team, customers and mentors each week, and collaborating with other departments and brands to build unique experiences for customers.
