From what I can remember it was a call that then resulted in the scheduling of a zoom meeting whereby I was asked questions in relation to the role. Following that I was called and hired for the position.

Just have a general knowledge of skills that would be beneficial to our workplace and you can use examples of experiences where you were challenged in previous employment or life experiences.

Understand the company and that it is not a large organisation. Expect to not just at time do your role but also take on other roles at times.
