Culture at Police Bank

I'd say the company culture is fairly decent. I mean there is always room for improvement in offering additional benefits however it is still a fairly decent culture. Social and cooperation aspects is fantastic as collaboration is welcomed.

Police Bank has a 'Speak up' culture that encourages all employees to speak and raise queries without fear. All executives and leaders are very approachable and colleagues are friendly and cooperative.

Great Culture, 3 days from home and 2 days in the office. Cooperation and Teamwork are highly valued. Everyone is very social and easy to get along with and managers don't micromanage.
