Pitcher Partners is hosting a Networking and Information Night for penultimate and final year students on Thursday 17 August. Here's what you can expect from this exciting event:

• Meet the recruitment team: Our dedicated recruitment team will provide you with some application tips and tricks, and answer queries you may have about the application process.

What is the graduate program?

Our two-year Graduate Experience Program provides you with the opportunity to experience the many career possibilities that working in a full-service accounting and advisory firm offers. You will be exposed to a wide variety of clients and industries with three eight-month experiences in two to three different practice groups that align to your studies and interests. Upon completing the two-year program, you will be offered a permanent role in one of our practice areas that best aligns to your skillset.

As a graduate your individual journey will be guided by a dedicated buddy, manager, and graduate program managers, complemented by close interactions with partners and senior staff. You will also be involved in a tailored learning and development program and receive ongoing technical, personal and professional development opportunities.

What is the summer vacation program?

You will complete a seven-week internship in one of our practice groups, giving you the opportunity to apply your university studies to real world practice. You will join a cohort of approximately 40 vacationers and participate in professional and technical development together, with opportunities to learn and have fun together. You will build your professional network at our firm social events and have exposure to the amazing Pitcher Partners’ culture.

As a vacationer, you will have a buddy and manager within your practice group to guide you and a program manager to support you at each step of the way. During your internship you will have the opportunity to work with, and learn from, partners and senior staff.
